Peshawar Journal of Medical Sciences (PJMS) is the official journal of Peshawar Institute of Research (PIR), D.I. Khan, Pakistan.

PJMS is published quarterly and it contains manuscripts from medical and allied health sciences. PJMS is a double-blind peer-review journal.

It is fully open access. The authors retain the copyrights. The work published here is distributed under the terms of the Creative Commons Attribution-Non Commercial 4.0 International License.

 All manuscripts submitted for publication are required to conform to the "Recommendations for the Conduct, Reporting, Editing, and Publication of Scholarly Work in Medical Journals" as described by the International Committee of Medical Journal Editors (ICMJE).
